TAPPS Hosted Invitationals

Order our unique and professionally written tests as a set, or purchase individual exams. Select tests on the menu above to view pricing for each product. Exams are available for specific dates as shown on the schedule above. If you are buying a test for any date other than those listed, please choose "OFF DATE" and select the date of your invitational. Dates other than official dates risk being seen by some participants, so please use our calendar below before purchasing.

 

Please read before checkout:

• If you are looking for more practice for your immediate team or school only, and other schools will NOT be attending, purchase our Classroom Invitationals instead.
  
• The copyright for tests covers distribution for the named test date(s) at one physical location only. Scanning or emailing tests is prohibited.  
• If your school elects to host its meet on a date other than those listed above, please understand that you assume the risk of shared test content from a previous invitational meet. Hexco encourages fairness by asking all customers to plan early and host invitational meets on the same day statewide. Additional processing fees will be charged for selecting a meet date other than Hexco's test dates.
• Please contact orders@hexco.com to reserve your meet date at least 30 days in advance to avoid a late fee of $25 per test. You can do this by ordering today and sending your purchase order or payment later. Choose "Pay with Purchase Order" when placing your order online, then let us know how and when you plan to send your payment in the "Comments" area at checkout. School/district PO or payment must be received by Hexco at least one full week prior to your invitational date, or tests will not be sent.   
• All invitational tests are sent via email the week of your meet.
  

ATTENTION: Test materials will be emailed to the host school the week prior to the scheduled meet.
