Coaching Deposit or Assessment

 This page will allow you to pay for one of the following: 

• Coaching Deposit $400 - for students who are pre-approved for enrollment in any Hexco coaching program and who want to hold their space. This is a one-time payment and will not auto-renew.
• Coaching Assessment $400 - optional for students who are pre-approved for coaching and who desire a written coaching assessment before entering Hexco's coaching program. This is a one-time payment and will not auto-renew.

Why a deposit?  Most classes require a minimum of three students and many of our personal coaches have a waiting list. Your deposit acknowledges your commitment and goes toward your total balance once class participation is confirmed. For those who are on a coach's waiting list, this deposit lets us know that you wish to lock-in your coach of choice when a space becomes available. When a class reaches a minimum of three, or, when your coach is ready to begin your sessions, we will send you a link to pay your remaining balance. This deposit is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Hexco Academic. The only reason for cancellation would be the rare case in which we do not get enough participants.
