Spelling Mentor software for 7th-8th Graders which contains 900 grade-appropriate words along with a booklet that introduces the various sets of words presented.

The software operates like a proficient coach, speaking the word while the computer screen displays phonetic pronunciation(s), definitions, parts of speech, and a sentence. Errors are recorded for up to 20 students which then allows each to narrow study sessions as words are learned. Features include previewing words, requesting next letter, and flagging words, stopping and restarting easily, and reviewing recently missed words or all missed and flagged words. The software is distributed on CD-ROM for easy installation under Windows on as many computers as you like at a single campus or location.

Optionally available is our Onomatomania activity booklet that presents all the words in word search puzzles or crossword puzzles for making spelling a pro-active and interesting activity.
